1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ys555 ("ys555", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the ys555 website at ys555.bio and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering activities made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of ys555 immediately.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ys555 applies a strict minimum age of 21, which is higher than the legal minimum in many jurisdictions, in order to provide an additional layer of protection against underage gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ys555 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously suspended or banned from ys555 or from any affiliated platform under a different account or identity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party or as part of any syndicate, group, or scheme designed to exploit the Platform.

ys555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Where a player is found to be ineligible — whether at registration or at any later point — ys555 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

4Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on ys555 only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document.
• Your Bangladesh mobile number, which will be used for account verification and OTP delivery.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid and unique password of your choosing, which must meet minimum security requirements as specified during registration.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ys555 login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or transfer your account to another person under any circumstances.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ys555 immediately by emailing [email protected] (displayed as plain text — do not click any email link). ys555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

ys555 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits are credited to your ys555 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ys555 does not charge any deposit fees — the full deposited amount is credited to your account.

• bKash — instant credit, minimum ৳100.
• Nagad — instant credit, minimum ৳100.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking) — same-day credit.
• Bank transfer — BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank. Processing time up to 24 hours. Minimum ৳500.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ys555 within the timeframes stated below, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. ys555 does not charge withdrawal fees, however your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges as per their standard fee schedule.

• bKash withdrawals: processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Nagad withdrawals: processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Rocket withdrawals: processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). ys555 may request supporting documents including a copy of your national ID card, proof of address, or a screenshot of your mobile wallet registered in your name, before processing any withdrawal. Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the ys555 account. ys555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ys555 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per device.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on ys555 is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances. Real-money funds are always used first in gameplay. Bonus funds are applied after real-money funds have been exhausted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• ys555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or in conjunction with any prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.
• Free spins bonuses are valid on specified games only. Any winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

7Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on ys555 are subject to specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay only. These general Terms shall prevail in all other respects including account management, payments, and conduct.

Casino Games

All non-live casino games on ys555 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are tested and verified by independent laboratories to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game interface. ys555 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ys555 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and American Football among other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on ys555:

• Bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where ys555 expressly permits in-play cash-out for the specific market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), ys555 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts. ys555 will notify affected players via their registered contact details.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or void, ys555 will apply the void/postponement rules specified for that sport within the Platform. In most cases, single bets on voided events are refunded, and the voided leg of an accumulator is treated as a non-runner.

8Responsible Gaming

ys555 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ys555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation in sports betting.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or process payments on behalf of any third party.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error will be voided.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with ys555 support.

ys555 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Where suspicious activity is detected, ys555 may place a temporary hold on the relevant account and associated funds pending investigation. ys555 will notify the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ys555 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and the arrangement of these elements — is the intellectual property of ys555 or its third-party licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the ys555 Platform without the prior written consent of ys555. Unauthorised use of ys555 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ys555 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including but not limited to losing bets, forfeited bonuses, or declined withdrawals due to KYC non-compliance.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to technical issues, maintenance, or actions taken to enforce these Terms.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where ys555 has not been negligent in its security obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ys555's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. ys555's aggregate liability to you under these Terms in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during that same period.

12Privacy and Data Protection

ys555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

13Amendments to These Terms

ys555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the ys555 website at ys555.bio/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ys555 operates. ys555 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ys555 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
